Hiring a photographer doesn't need to be complicated. Here is the process from start to finish.
One: Inquire.
Check out our website and socials! Contact us through our website (here!) or email us at libertophotos@gmail.com.
We will reach out to you to set up a call (optional) or to set up a date for our photo shoot.
Two: Book.
Once questions are answered and you decide to book with us, we will send you a contract via email to sign. The contract outlines all services to be provided and total price. In order to be fully booked:
- you sign the contract
- we sign the contract
- booking fee is paid ($50 for sessions other than weddings; $200 for weddings. This comes off of your total and is not an additional fee
All invoice payments will be sent to your email through an online service, Stripe. You pay with any debit or credit card. Venmo options are also available, if you would like.
Three: We do our thing!
If you book a wedding with us, we will meet virtually or in person 2-4 weeks before your wedding day to go over important photos, scheduling, and rundown of the day. Other sessions typically do not meet beforehand, but we are always willing to meet to make your vision come to life!
We photograph according to the date and time set by the contract.
Four: Enjoy your photos forever.
You will receive sneak peek photos within 72 hours of our photo session!
All photos will be delivered to you via a link to your online gallery. You can send this link to others, download your photos, and share your photos. This link will remain available for you and your loved ones to look through and enjoy!

FAQ
Who will be photographing?
Vinny and Alyssa work together for the two-person wedding package. Unless indicated otherwise on the contract, Alyssa will be the sole photographer for the one-person wedding package and all other sessions.
Is there travel fees?
Yes. Sessions outside of Western NY do require additional fees for mileage and stay accommodations. We are always willing to travel!
What is your experience like?
Liberto Photography started in 2021. Since starting our business together, we have worked with dozens of couples and families. We have experience in many different venues or cities. Indoor or outdoor, simple or extravagant, we want to work with you and capture your adventure for you to cherish for years to come!
Can I set up a payment plan? Is there a booking fee?
Yes! Particularly common with our wedding packages, we can split up your payments into chunks that work best for you. There is a $200 booking fee for weddings and $50 booking fee for all other sessions. The booking fee comes out of your total price.
Why two wedding photographers instead of one?
When you choose two photographers, you gain multiple perspectives of one moment at a time! Vinny hangs with the guys and gets the groom's POV, while Alyssa sticks with the girls and shares the bride's POV. You get more pictures, more angles, and more fun!
